Fuckup Nights is a global movement born in Mexico in 2012 to share publicly business failure stories. Hundreds of people attend each event to hear three to four entrepreneurs share their failures. Each storyteller is given 7 minutes and use 10 images with a question/answer session. Why? Because the majority of professionals don't create the "project of the year" in their first attempt, and because stats show, we learn more from stories of failure than from stories of success.

When it comes to telling brand stories, whatever the idea calls for Paul obliges. That's meant everything from art, photography, and film to original music and motion graphics. He splits his time between doing it himself with his amazingly talented teams and hiring someone way better to bring it to life (learning from them in the process). It comes down to Paul's philosophy of creative that serves the concept using whatever means necessary. Paul created the "Hostess Celebrates 90 Years" ad giving the legendary cake a rebrand and refresh while showing the history and equity in the brand. The ad won a National Addy's Award and received press in numerous industry creative and advertising publications.

As EVP, Dulani is responsible for the development of strategic planning, brand development and marketing initiatives on behalf of SPARK’s clients. She works with the agency’s brand, creative, technology, social and integrated media teams to craft strategies that help clients create holistic, measurable and effective solutions to help move their businesses forward. In addition to strategy development for the agency’s clients, she is also responsible for overseeing agency operations and financial management.

By night, Alex is the Membership Director for Ad 2 Tampa Bay, which makes him responsible for attracting and shaping the next generation of advertising leaders in the Tampa Bay area. He has influenced the marketing strategies for Verizon, Expedia, Bose, New York Times, Capital One and a handful of local businesses. Alex has also dabbled in the entrepreneurial arena, owning a successful shop and blog before graduating college. His truest passion lies in the space where technology and human experiences overlap.
